Where a defendant, who resigned from her position as the plaintiff’s director of manpower and recruiting, has asserted a counterclaim pursuant to the Michigan Sales Representative Commission Act, the plaintiff employer’s motion to dismiss that counterclaim should be denied despite its argument that the alleged commissions were not based on “goods” or “products” as required by the statute.
