Where a plaintiff who was required to close a chiropractic office due to stay-at-home executive orders during the COVID-19 pandemic has filed a complaint against the defendant insurer for business interruption losses, the insurance company’s motion for summary disposition should be allowed because there was not a direct physical loss or damage to the plaintiff's property.
